This blend isn’t as sweet as my other smoothies. Again, to
add to the sweetness you can either add more blackberries or any other fruit. I
tried out the avocado for the first time in my smoothies and I found it added a
thicker, smoother texture, which I loved! Compared to my other recipes, this
blend is very filling because of the yogurt and avocado. I wanted to try out
the avocado because it isn’t a popular smoothie ingredient and I am so happy I
did!
This smoothie is a great option for a breakfast substitute or
snack in between meals. It incorporates a great variety of healthy ingredients that
will have you feeling your best! I hope you enjoy this smoothie blend just as

Recipe:
4 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt
2 handfuls of blackberries
1 big handful of spinach
1 tablespoon of flaxseed
½ an avocado
¼ of a lime
200 mL of water
